Eligibility for Returns

Return Address Notice
As a small independent brand, we currently do not have a dedicated return processing facility. If a return is authorised, we will provide instructions for returning the item to a temporary location or arrange an alternative solution. Please contact us at Contact@risenoir.com for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

Sale or discounted items.

Custom-made, personalized, or limited-edition items.

Items with hygiene seals removed or tampered with.

Refunds

If a return is authorized and approved:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the item has been inspected.

Refunds will cover the item’s purchase price but exclude original shipping fees, duties, or taxes.

We reserve the right to deduct a fee from the refund amount if the item’s value has diminished due to improper handling.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Exchange Policy

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our collections, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order.

Your order number.

A description and photo of the issue (if the item is defective or damaged).

Your contact information.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
