Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods or collection launches, processing may take longer. In such cases, we’ll notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery estimates will also be provided at checkout.

Important: Orders placed after 9:00 PM GMT will begin processing the next business day.

International Shipping

Risenoir proudly offers international shipping to select countries. Please note:

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Pre-Order Items: If your order includes pre-order pieces, shipping may be delayed until all items are available.

Delivery Issues: Once dispatched, Risenoir is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.
